The History of the Shirley and Billy Weir Scholarship
The Shirley & Billy Weir Scholarship pays tribute to the cherished memory of two beloved members of the Georgia golf community.
The Weir Foundation was founded by Shirley and Billy Weir in order to give back to the Georgia PGA community that they were a part of for so many years. The foundation strives to provide financial assistance, resources, and support to future college students of Georgia PGA Professionals and those working at PGA accredited courses. We believe that by investing in individual growth, we are investing in the future success of the entire golf industry.
