  • 2. College Admission Notice

    Submit your college admission notice(s) with your application.

  • 3. Determination of Financial Need

    Fill in and submit all required financial information including FAFSA forms.

  • 4. Letter of Recommendation

    Along with your application please submit appropriate number of letters of recommendation as stated:


    Letter from High School Teacher, Counselor, or Advisor

    Letter from a Member of the Georgia Section of the PGA of America or a person serving in a management position with a golf course facility located within the state of Georgia served by a golf professional who is a member of the Georgia Section of the PGA of America.

  • 5. Personal Essay

    Write and attach your personal essay to the application.

  • 6. Acknowledgement and Authorization

    Sign and submit your application to be considered for the Weir Foundation Scholarship.
