Along with your application please submit appropriate number of letters of recommendation as stated:

Letter from High School Teacher, Counselor, or Advisor

Letter from a Member of the Georgia Section of the PGA of America or a person serving in a management position with a golf course facility located within the state of Georgia served by a golf professional who is a member of the Georgia Section of the PGA of America.

Write and attach your personal essay to the application.

Sign and submit your application to be considered for the Weir Foundation Scholarship.
